Abstract

กิจกรรมฝึกงานเทคโนโลยีสะอาดเป็นกิจกรรมที่มีเป้าหมายและวิธีการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน โดยเป็นการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่าง นิสิตฝึกงาน ผู้ประกอบการ และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาโครงการ เพื่อให้บรรลุถึงการลดปัญหามลพิษและของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในการผลิตของภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยการแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวจะส่งผลให้เกิดการพัฒนาศักยภาพในการผลิต เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ และเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขันทางการค้าของผู้ประกอบการ ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้ทำให้ผู้ประกอบการมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการฝึกงานของนิสิต ให้ความร่วมมือในการดำเนินกิจกรรมของนิสิต และเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตได้ปฏิบัติงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรมได้อย่างเต็มที่ ส่งผลให้นิสิตที่เข้าร่วมโครงการได้รับประสบการณ์ ได้ฝึกการวินิจฉัยปัญหา วิเคราะห์หาแหล่งกำเนิดและสาเหตุของการสูญเสีย สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ที่มีในสถานะการณ์จริง ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญ สอดคล้องกับปรัญญาในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบัณฑิตให้มีคุณภาพของมหาวิทยาลัย

Cleaner technology (CT) internship program is a program that encourages collaboration among students, industrial partners and faculty members in order to reduce waste formed in actual manufacturing processes, which in turn results in the improvement in the processes. Such improvements are beneficial to the business and therefore can change attitude of the industrial partner toward the internship of the students. Once the industrial partners are willing to participate in the internship program, the students will gain experiences in the real practice. Moreover, by the guideline of the CT program, the students will also learn how to analyze for the source of problems and apply their knowledge to solve the real industrial problems, under close supervision from academic advisors. Therefore, this internship program concurs with the main philosophy of the university to raise the quality of our graduates.
